AMP UP initiative for partner engagement and growth
With the aim of supporting faster business growth, inGroup introduced the AMP UP initiative. It uses clear messaging, rewards, and ongoing technology updates to help Partners build stronger and more stable teams. The program played a role in achieving record monthly revenue in 2025. In a single month, more than 12,000 Independent Partners reached Membership Free status. It also helped improve Partner retention and renewals, demonstrating stronger engagement across different markets worldwide.

From cruises to complete travel experiences
inGroup started out with cruises, but it has slowly grown into something much bigger. With inStays, members can now book hotels and resorts, and with inTours they can also join guided travel experiences around the world. Together, these additions make inGroup feel less like a single travel club and more like a full travel lifestyle platform. Company leaders say these new offerings are also helpful to bring in better growth from both new and existing members and partners.

Regular innovation in the inGroup travel platform
inGroup has created a clear roadmap to expand its travel platform over time. The company plans to introduce a new travel-related service about once a year. These additions may include tours, transfers, and excursions, all designed to work easily within the inGroup platform and give members more travel options. This approach keeps the platform fresh and relevant and allows the company to meet the rising global demand for travel and cruise experiences.

A loyalty-based travel membership system
inCruises actually works on a simple idea. That is, members pay a monthly subscription to be part of a travel club. In return, they earn reward points that they can later use to book trips. This setup gives members a way to save on travel and have long-lasting experience as well. For the company, it creates steady, predictable income through monthly payments. And also, its membership style makes it different from regular travel agencies. Here, loyalty rewards and travel savings are built into the system rather than offered as occasional deals.

Making travel access easier with Membership 3.0
In November 2024, inGroup updated its membership system and introduced three new tiers. This includes Starter, Classic, and Premium. The idea was to give people more choice based on their travel needs and budget. With the new setup, active members can get an instant 17% discount on cruises, hotels, and resorts instead of waiting to create reward points first. The reward points system was also simplified and made easier for members to get more value from their travel spending. At its core, the update was designed to make the membership more flexible and easier to understand.

Bringing members together on a global stage
inGroup is planning its first-ever global gathering for Members and Partners called The Global Convention. The event will take place in Belgrade, Serbia from September 18–20, 2026. Interest in the event has been strong right from the start and an initial batch of 8,500 tickets sold out within just three days. More than just an event, it’s meant to bring the community together in person with strong connections around the world.
