DSN Global 100 Celebration 2025
Direct Selling News conducted the 16th Global Celebration on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Irving, Texas, honoring the very best in direct selling. The night was anchored by Crayton Webb, an industry advocate and the CEO of Sunwest Communications, as well as DSN Publisher Patricia White.
More than 100 participants were present in person from more than 100 companies around the globe. The awards and honors were in several categories, including Lifetime Achievement Award, Legacy Award, Bravo Awards, and the DSN Global 100 List.
DSN global 100 list of top direct selling companies
This year’s DSN Global 100 List recognizes the top MLM companies with over $100 million in annual revenues for 2024. These 59 companies were honored for their outstanding contributions and achievements in a number of sectors such as innovation, leadership, and sustainability efforts.

DSN Bravo Awards 2025
The Bravo Awards are given to industry leaders and exceptional achievers, who have performed exceptionally well and have provided the highest sales growth percentage. There are also specialty awards to recognize individuals and companies for their achievements and services.
The Bravo Global Good Award - Amway
Amway won the Bravo Global Good Award for their dedication and commitment to environmental protection, social responsibility, and humanitarian causes.

The Bravo Impact Award – L’BRI, Immunotec, OMNILIFE
The 2025 Impact Award was awarded to three companies based on growth, innovation, customer service, and social contributions.
L’BRI was awarded for having 27 years of commitment and service in consultant tools and systems.
Immunotec received the award based on global achievements in immunity health, along with outstanding customer and consultant growth.
OMNILIFE was celebrated for having positively affected the lives of more than seven million people, most of them women, through education and business.
The Bravo Innovator Award - LifeWave
LifeWave earned the award for technology and innovation utilization, especially in the X₂O Water Machine release that helped the company generate $555 million in revenue in 2024.
The Bravo Supplier Award - Exigo
For its mission of empowering international direct selling organizations since 2000 with an integrated technological solution, Exigo was honored with the Bravo Supplier Award.
Bravo Growth Awards – LifeWave, Real Brokerage
The Bravo Growth Awards honored two achievers: LifeWave was recognized in the product category after expanding its turnover from $20 million to $555 million in six years. Real Brokerage received recognition in the service category, with nearly $1.26 billion in revenue for 2024, an 83% increase from the previous year.
Bravo International Growth Award – PM International
The Bravo International Growth Award was presented to Luxembourg-based PM-International, performing for the fifth time on the Global Celebration. With a projected sales of $3.25 billion by 2024, the company’s experience proves long-term growth, commitment, and nearly one billion wellness products sales supported by 70 patents.
Bravo Leadership Award - Ørjan and Hilde Sæle
This year’s Bravo Leadership Award went to Ørjan and Hilde Sæle of Zinzino, who turned a coffee subscription service into the world’s largest test-based nutrition company. Now ranked among the DSN Global 100 Top 50, the company has set for the noble aim to get precision health to 100 million customers.
Legacy Award – Jim Northrup
The legacy award was won by Jim Northrup for his 40 years of leadership, integrity, and making a positive difference for people and organizations.
Lifetime Achievement Awards – John Addison
The Lifetime Achievement Award went to John Addison for his outstanding efforts and innovations that helped take Primerica public to great heights.
Epixel MLM Software joins the industry in honoring the visionaries and top achievers recognized this year.
