Pineapple I really think we’ve recalibrated our expectations. I’ve been here two and a half years. If you go back and look at every earnings call, what we did, what we said we were going to do—we’ve done all of it. So, I think we’ve built credibility. It’s a long game; quick fixes don’t last.

Pineapple Direct selling will continue to thrive where the exchange of value is ongoing and supportive—like in following a nutrition or fitness plan—because of the importance of accountability to achieve success, but we need to acknowledge that affiliate marketing will replace network marketing where the relationship is purely transactional.

Pineapple 2024 was a pivotal year at BODi, as we continued to build upon our strategy to transform the company. Our turnaround plan successfully streamlined our digital platform, lowering our breakeven point and enhancing our liquidity position. We generated higher margin revenue streams and achieved positive operating cash flows while successfully rearchitecting the company from a Multi-Level Marketing network to a single-level affiliate model.

Pineapple We recognize that in light of today’s current market dynamics, as well as consumer preferences, the multi-level marketing distribution model is outdated and unsustainable. The evolution to the affiliate model offers a simpler, more modern approach to customer acquisition and will directly reward the seller for their effort. The organizational challenges and complexity of the MLM approach has weighed on the Company’s turnaround and the ability of Partners to optimize their potential. We are confident this shift will be beneficial to stakeholders and to new potential participants. I look forward to sharing more details on our third quarter earnings call.
