The challenges they were facing were not primarily related to product sales or customer acquisition. Distributors worked remotely and managing a scattered network consisting of high performers, low performers, and top leaders created challenges in instilling productivity and engagement. Mentoring individual teams, identifying leadership potential, and improving retention needed an exclusive system that could attend to each distributor's needs and support them when most needed.

The company struggled when top leaders quit without a proper role transition. They wanted to create a strong leadership line from their distributor network with a system that could automatically identify top performing distributors and opportunities to mentor them.

Each distributor’s performance was scored to help admin group them under specific mentorship programs. This helped them to create new support programs based on the performance needs.

Mobile mentorship portal

Mentors and mentees can communicate and collaborate through their mobile devices. Distributors can take up training sessions and access resources offline and connect with their mentors in real-time for support with advanced mobile capabilities.

Automated recognition and incentives

Performance improvements of distributors across the network were tracked and rewarded instantly with incentives, leaderboards, reward programs, and certifications. The updates reflected on the user’s portal and organizational dashboards to keep distributors engaged and motivated.

MLM genealogy tree with leadership insights

The MLM genealogy tree provides a visual overview of the entire network with highly active mentors and leaders. Admin can identify distributors who have the potential to be top leaders through leadership scores exhibited in their profile on the genealogy tree.

Bypassing the challenges in leadership development

The platform rollout was not an easy process. In the implementation stage, challenges related to adoption and accuracy are common but with the fragrance MLM company adoption of the system among the scattered distributor teams was a difficult challenge.
