Distributor onboarding system

The localized onboarding process welcomed each distributor according to their language and cultural preferences. The training sessions were designed in simple local language so that distributors could easily understand the business model and start performing faster.

The attached distributor training system uses AI capabilities to recommend training topics based on a distributor’s skill level and performance. Administrators can view the completion rate and adoption of training courses by each distributor. On every launch of a new product, administrators can add product training programs and assign it to each distributor in the system as a mandatory training session.

The customizable distributor training system also has gamification features and reward points that the organization can set up according to their goals and requirements.

Multi-currency and local payment integration

The company could easily process transactions in multiple currencies with the exact FX rate and other charges applied automatically. We set up the regionally preferred payment gateways in Mexico so that distributors and customers could easily transact in local currency. The system supported large volumes of transactions related to product purchases, subscription renewals, and commission withdrawals. Automated currency conversion and transaction tracking ensured transparency and accuracy across all transactions.

Compliance-ready compensation engine

The compensation management system can easily be aligned with Mexico’s regional regulatory requirements. It supported multiple bonus, commissions, and incentive structures. Real-time commission calculations with earnings breakdown made it easier for distributors to understand and track their earnings.

The payouts were recorded in easily auditable formats for regulators to review any time. Reports can also be generated according to user role privileges, admins have complete access to all reports and distributors can see their individual earnings statement and that of their team.

Replicated ecommerce websites and affiliate stores

In addition to a brand website, each distributor can create a replicated website with a customized URL for product promotions and sales. The ecommerce and affiliate marketing websites had preconfigured product catalogs, ad banners, and poster templates that distributors can use during promotions.

The ecommerce system has AI-powered product recommendation capabilities that make product suggestions based on a customer’s purchase behavior and preferences. Businesses can set up product combos for cross-selling and upselling recommendations.

The platform enables tracking affiliate network and sales and attributes rewards accurately.

Automated logistics and inventory management

The company’s manufacturing facility was based in the US and products were transported according to the Mexican market demand. Local logistics providers were integrated to automate order processing, track shipments, and get real-time delivery updates. These providers worked in tandem with the providers from the company’s US facility through the platform to ensure on-time product delivery.

Automated inventory management system gives users real-time view of stock levels across multiple warehouses and it can also forecast product demands for an upcoming seasonal sale or change in market trends. This ensures there is no overstocking or dead stocking of products, just the right level. Automated replenishment alerts can be set to ensure the availability of high-demand products.

Even during order surges, the system smoothly processed orders without any disruption or delay.

Marketing automation and campaign management

The marketing automation platform was integrated with ready-to-use marketing tools such as localized campaign templates, product content, and ad banners that could be instantly published across channels. Campaigns were automated from scheduling to launch to performance monitoring. AI-based recommendations helped distributors on content usage, timing, and audience targeting for each channel.

Campaign performance could easily be monitored on a real-time campaign dashboard, separately for each channel. Insights on performance helped distributors optimize their campaign strategies and design more impactful campaigns for product promotion and recruitment.

Performance and analytics dashboard

The business needed a transparent and accurate tracking of product, distributor, and overall business performance in separate dashboards. Monthly and quarterly analytics of business performance were also needed to ensure consistent growth in the new market. The platform provided real-time dashboards that offered insights into sales performance, team expansion, commission earnings, and customer behavior.

Distributors could separately track their progress and earnings, and identify opportunities to improve performance. Top leaders have privileged access to analytics to help them guide their teams and replicate successful strategies. The analytics dashboard also offered insights into customer behavior patterns, market trends, and product demands.

AI-powered compliance management system

The Mexican MLM market is more lenient than the highly regulated US market. But the processes have to adhere to local laws and taxation policies and the company has to align with DSA Code of Ethics. Even within a low regulatory market, distributor activities need to be monitored for ethical and fair business practices.

AI-powered compliance management system monitored distributor activities in the system, promotions across channels, and compensation practices for risk of non compliance. Any detected were alerted to the designated personnel who then intervenes to resolve the concern. Distributor content for promotions with exaggerated claims and false promises are filtered and sent to content moderators for review. This way, the brand stays ethical and safe from unfair business practices.

Achieving 3X growth with automation and AI

The automation and AI capabilities enhanced business performance at different levels. It accelerated market entry with localized brand promotions and product launches. Distributor onboarding and training were more efficiently handled to create a strong network of talented distributors for the company’s Mexican market.

The platform aligned the compensation structure, compliance requirements, and customer experience with the expectations of the Mexican market. Ecommerce personalization improved customer lifetime value and AOV along with offering an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Commissions were paid in Mexican Pesos or USD as preferred by the distributor. The automation of currency exchange promised transparency and accuracy in financial transactions.

By the end of first quarter the company had doubled its Mexican network and within a year it achieved 3X growth.

Localization was not restricted to language. We designed new workflows, onboarding processes, and marketing tools to fulfill local expectations. This required working in collaboration with product, compliance, and regional teams. Helping distributors adopt the system remained our key consideration throughout the implementation process.
