When a distributor falls behind in achieving the set rank criteria, rank grace period secures his current rank status until the end of the stated period. Admin can also enable the auto-hold or rank freeze feature to pause rank progression or evaluation during disputes, returns, or compliance reviews.

The complete process of rank progression for each distributor can be tracked on admin and distributor portals through a rank dashboard. A progress bar widget on the dashboard shows activities to be performed by a distributor to achieve the next rank in line.

Admins can review the rank audit logs to understand how a rank was achieved, why a particular rank was put on hold or lost. The complete rank history was available with details of time and achiever for each rank. Distributors can analyze what efforts contributed to achieving each rank in the past and the expected achievements for the future ranks as well.

Rank criteria auto-switches for each market or region as configured to ensure that they comply with regional regulations. The eligibility conditions were processed with returns management and commission clawback policies wherever applicable. Ranks in progression but under disputes were automatically suspended without breaking the MLM genealogy.

The rank history can be downloaded for audits any time in required formats. Compliance policies were preset in the rank advancement and compensation calculation processes to prevent payouts to distributors who do not complete KYC, training, or policy requirements.
